Thank you for visiting and shopping at Outsider Comics & Geek Boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. In-store pick-up is also available.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if certain products are out-of-stock, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery or out-of-stock items. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping costs are generally displayed below. We cannot guarantee that items will be shipped together.

Shipment to APO/FPO addresses

Outsider Comics & Geek Boutique currently does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact the courier if you are having issues with tracking your package.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Outsider Comics & Geek Boutique is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your shipment. All shipment fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Outsider Comics & Geek Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it was lost in transit, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing your claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S on sales through our website. We may be able to accommodate special orders over the phone. See our Contact page to get in touch.
